Engineered for flexibility, these pumps can be built to your exact specifications. With lengths of up to 6 meters, a choice of four impeller types—including closed, open, channel, and vortex—and multiple bearing and lubrication options, they offer a tailored solution for even the most challenging environments. The discharge pipe can be positioned to suit your requirements, and the base-plate design can be customized without limitation.

Built for rugged performance, the Vertical range is capable of withstanding some of the industry’s most corrosive environments, including acidic and caustic applications, wastewater treatment, and aggressive chemical processes. The pump body is fully immersed in the liquid, while the motor remains above the mounting plate, ensuring it is kept away from harmful exposure. The discharge pipe is separate from the column pipe, and bearing lubrication can be achieved either through the pumped fluid or from an external source for abrasive services.

With fully customizable mounting plates, discharge flange positions, and column lengths, these pumps provide unmatched adaptability for sump or tank installations. Suction strainers and extensions can also be added on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between submersible and immersible pumps?

Submersible pumps are complete units, including the motor, and the whole can be totally submerged whereas immersible pumps are mounted in vertical position with the motor above the liquid and the pump end extended below the liquid level.

How does a vertical immersible pump work?

A vertical immersible pump operates with its pump end submerged in the fluid while the motor remains above the liquid level. The pump uses an impeller to draw fluid up through the pump column and discharge it at the surface. This design prevents motor exposure to harsh fluids, making it ideal for handling corrosive, abrasive, or high-temperature liquids in industries like chemical processing and wastewater treatment.

What Are the Advantages of Using a Vertical Immersible Pump?

Vertical immersible pumps offer several benefits, including space-saving design, as they require a smaller footprint than horizontal pumps. They prevent motor exposure to corrosive or hazardous fluids by keeping the motor above the liquid level. These pumps also provide high efficiency and reliability, with minimal risk

of leaks due to their seal-less or semi-sealed designs. Additionally, they are easy to maintain, as the motor and key components remain accessible without needing to drain the tank or sump
